We've launched a new webform!
It has been redesigned to provide a simpler and more streamlined reporting experience while adding several features to improve case reporting and visibility.
All users must create a new set of credentials by clicking Register. The new form has additional security measures that require you to use an Authenticator app or a Security Key.
